1. Using your computer browser, go to www.facebook.com

3. Right on the home page, look at the extreme right-top menu to see the small “Arrow that points downwards”, click on the arrow.
4. Scroll through the list of the drop-down menu and click on “Settings”

Now look at the left side, you will see list of different settings you can perform on your Facebook account.

General: The first in the list is the “General”, and this lets you make changes to your Name, Username, your contact email address etc. Simply click on “Edit” corresponding to any of the changes you want to make under “General”.
Security & Login: This option let you choose friends to contact if you ever get locked out of your account. You also see devices where your Facebook account is log in.

Privacy: The Facebook account settings Under Privacy settings offers a lot for you to make changes, and this includes;
* Who can see your future posts
* Review all your posts and things you’re tagged in.
* You can also limit the audience for posts you’ve shared with friends of friends or public.
You also decide how people find and contact you on Facebook; such as
* Who can send you friend requests?
* Who can see your friends list?
* Who can look you up using the email address you provided and with the phone number you provided.
Timeline & Tagging: This gives you opportunity to control who can post on your timeline. who can see what others post on your timeline. Who can see posts you’re tagged in on your timeline and so also other settings you can perform here.
