1. Open your Snapchat app from your phone and tap on “Log In”

2. Enter your Snapchat Username or Email address in its first field. – This will enable Snapchat associate your lost password which you want to request its change.

3. Then tap “Forgot your Password?” – You will see this under the Snapchat login form just after the password field.

4. At this point, Snapchat will give you two options to reset your Password; either by email message, or by phone (automated SMS text or call).

Resetting Snapchat Password by Phone;

1. If you want to reset your Snapchat password via phone, then tap “Via Phone” and then enter your phone number. And this method can only be possible if you have the phone number associated with the Snapchat account and you have access to the phone.

2. Select “Send via SMS” or “Call Me Instead” to get a verification code from Snapchat. You may need pen and paper to write the code down.
