Once you have concluded this stage of Gmail registration, you will be required to verify your ownership of the phone number. At this point Google will send a confirmation code to the mobile phone number you provided above in the registration.

All you have to do is to enter the code in the appropriate box designed for it. And then submit the code to verify it is your number.
