Eligibility Criteria for Ireland Government Postgraduate Scholarship 2024

• This scholarship is open to applicants from all countries and Irish students can also apply.
• No age limit.
• Applicants must have completed an undergraduate degree program.
• Applicant must be proficient in English. The Irish Research Council does not require IELTS/TOEFL. However, check with the Irish institution whether they require it.
