The process of removing Gmail on iOS is the same as removing an account from an Android device, but anyway, here’s the process;

• On your iPhone or iPad, open the Gmail app.
• In the top right, tap your profile picture.
• Tap Manage accounts on this device.
• Tap Remove from this device.
