First of all, the Cloud app is only compatible or supported with series models of Samsung Galaxy smartphones and tablets. The cloud storage application is already pre-installed on the higher version of Samsung. But it isn’t compatible with any other devices and can’t be downloaded or installed on other mobile devices.

In summary, visit the Samsung Cloud online on PC through the login portal using the link https://support.samsungcloud.com/#/login and click the Login icon. Afterward, you can sign in the email account you use to sign up for the Cloud storage service. Then, you can visit the content you want to delete from the cloud storage.
