First of all, the Cloud app is only compatible or supported with series models of Samsung Galaxy smartphones and tablets. The cloud storage application is already pre-installed on the higher version of Samsung. But it isn’t compatible with any other devices and can’t be downloaded or installed on other mobile devices.

To Create a Cloud Storage Account

1. Open the Samsung phone settings.
2. Then, scroll down and click Cloud and account settings.
3. Next, click on the device Cloud and click the three-dotted icon.
4. Afterward, you can select the option Add account to add any email account to set up your cloud storage account.

After, you’ve finally, created your cloud storage account. You can then back up all your files from the phone directly to your cloud storage. Also, the Sync and auto-backup settings is where you can select the application you want to automatically sync with the cloud. How to Backup and Sync data to Samsung Cloud Storage

Keep in mind, you can’t store or back up any social media data such as messages, or photos from your social media account

To Back and Sync Data to Cloud:

1. Open your device Phone Settings and access the options Cloud and Accounts.
2. Click the Device Cloud on the option you see and click on your email account.
3. Next, click the Three Dotted icon at the top right corner of the page.
4. Then, click the option Sync and auto-backup settings.
5. Turn on the application you want to sync and switch to Auto Back-Up to select then an application.

Finally, you can then click Sync Now to start up the backup and the synchronization of your data. Keep in mind, you need a secure network like Wi-Fi to successfully sync and back up all your data to cloud storage drive.

On the contrary, if you want to delete some data such as photos, music, videos, and others from your cloud’s storage. All you need to do is sign in or login to your Cloud account on the web using your PC to be able to delete them. Note, if you delete the content from your mobile phone gallery, it will still be on the Cloud.
