Login On Mobile Device

Using your mobile device, you can log in with the following steps;

• On your mobile browser, log on to the MyAccessFlorida account login page.
• From the homepage, locate the Create Your “MyACCESS Account” link.
• Move to the “Returning Users”.
• Input user ID and password in the appropriate fields.
• Click on “Sign In” to access your account.
• For now, MyAccessFlorida apps are not available on Android and Apple devices.

However, Logging on a PC is simple. All you have to do is open your browser;

1. Visit the MyAccessFlorida login page.
2. Go to the “Login or Create Your MyACCESS Account” link and click.
3. Navigate to the “Returning Users” section; enter user ID and password in the field provided.
4. Click the “Sign In” link to get to your account.

Solving Troubleshooting Problem

Follow the below steps to retrieve your user ID

• Go to MyaccessFlorida login page; click on “Forgot User ID”.
• Once you’re been redirected to the User ID reset page.
• There are two sections (personal information, and case information).
• Fill in your first name, last name, and date of birth in the first section.
• In the next section; enter your case number and zip code into the first and second fields respectively.
• Type payee’s first and last name into the third and fourth fields respectively.
• Next, type the payee’s date of birth into the last field and click “Next” button.
• On the next page, enter the new username; Re-enter the user ID
• Then click the “Submit” button to reset the user ID.

If you wish to reset your password then, log on to myAccessflorida login page and click on “Forgot Password”;
