The Helmut Veith stipend Scholarship in Austria is specifically for Female students. This scholarship is given to promote the inclusion of females in fields related to Computer Science. These Scholarships are given every year to brilliant female students who want to pursue Computer Science fields. Distinguished woman students in the field of computer science receive the Helmut Veith Stipend each year.

It is our pleasure to consider students who are pursuing (or plan to pursue) one of the master’s programs in Computer Science at TU Wien and who possess (or are interested in acquiring) solid mathematical and technical backgrounds.

This scholarship in Austria is awarded in memory of Helmut Veith, an outstanding Computer Scientist. Until he died in 2016, he had been a strong advocate of female inclusion in computer sciences.
