Such services include TV, cable internet, Comcast email, voice mail services and so on.

Comcast is same thing as xfinity, thus, do not be confused as we use the terms or names interchangeably. The name Xfinity came into existence after they re-branded from Comcast to Xfinity.

This happened when the company merged with NBC which is another larger player in the internet communcation, and this merging led to such situation you are always redirected to “my Xfinity” when you try to access “comcast.com

It was after the merging that Comcast decided and also included the Xfinity cable/telecommunications service.

Click on “Sign In”

Scroll down and click on “Don’t have a username? Create One”

Provide all the necessary information which are required to create your account.

Click “Continue” to go over the next page to complete registration.

Open your browser and go to www.comcast.com, Do not worry if you are redirected to https://my.xfinity.com/

Click “Sign In” which is at the top right corner of the home page

Now enter your email address and password in the appropriate space provided

Also type in those moving letters from the image verification code

The moving letters are to verify you are human and not a robot.

If you cannot read the letters, you can select the option to listen to the sound code verification.
