Click on “Sign In”
Scroll down and click on “Don’t have a username? Create One”
Provide all the necessary information which are required to create your account.
Click “Continue” to go over the next page to complete registration.

Open your browser and go to www.comcast.com, Do not worry if you are redirected to https://my.xfinity.com/
Click “Sign In” which is at the top right corner of the home page
Now enter your email address and password in the appropriate space provided
Also type in those moving letters from the image verification code
The moving letters are to verify you are human and not a robot.
If you cannot read the letters, you can select the option to listen to the sound code verification.
